Virtual Exhibition continued - The passers-by...

As well as the large 600x900mm prints, the Fashion in the Street exhibition included several series of smaller prints.

These helped to show the scope and depth of the project. I also love so many of these images I couldn't leave them out!

Firstly, the passers-by. Thank you for stopping and allowing me to make you a part of this project.

Next, the cropped walking set...

Virtual Exhibition...

Whilst it has to be said, nothing compares to seeing big prints up close on the exhibition wall, for those who cant make the exhibition, or perhaps to encourage you to get in for a look next week while it's still hanging, here are the exhibition images. Printed 600mm x 900mm on beautiful 310gsm rag paper and floated off the white walls in the large space, they look awesome!

Exhibition!

The day finally arrived!
Big prints on the wall look sooooo good, after months of sorting and reviewing on the computer screen.
Things went off well on the night. A big thank you to all involved in the project and helping with the exhibition.
It was especially nice to see models, or their representatives, who were such a big part of this project.

Nice view of the images when the space is empty!
Thanks too to Hayley Boyle, 3rd yr photography degree student at CIT for the following images from the opening...

Keen student of photography & Brian

Local publisher Samara Gentle and blogger Hayley O'Neill

Model Michelle & Brian

Brian & parents, Beryl & Ed

Adrian Marron, Canberra Institute of Technology CEO says a few opening words

Will there be more?
I'm sure I'll add more images as posts here, from the existing set of images.
But, I am also sure that after a short break from the project I will be keen again to get out and look for more Fashion in the Street.
Stay tuned...
