Melbourne Fashion Festival – 2024 first look

Fashion the Street returned to Melbourne for 2024 with activity on the street, at the festival plaza and on the runways.

Here's a first glimpse...

A year past! – Ready for this years Melbourne Fashion Festival

 It's been a year since the last post! Slack I know. 

An OS trip with no fashion photography seemed to get in the way!

Let's review some fashion highlights from the past year as a prelude to the excitement of this years MFF.

Melbourne Fashion Festival – First Glimpse

Fashion in the Street made it back to Melbourne again for the last few days of the Fashion Festival.

As well as the runways, there's always the arrivals at the shows, and the chance for some street fashion in the city as well.

This is just a first glimpse of the action...

Back to Melbourne for Fashion Festival

Fashion in the Street hasn't been immune to the Covid situation, and like many others the past two years has meant a pause to many activities.

The other week however, I returned to Melbourne with the first stop, The Melbourne Fashion Festival!

Next post I'll add some of the street fashion images with arranged models, but to start things off, the arrivals and a few runway images from the last few days of the festival.

I often find the arrivals more diverse and interesting than the runways, so here's some to compare...
